Avulsion of a tooth is the total displacement of the tooth out of its socket. It is one of the most serious dental injuries, and replantation is the treatment of choice. Phocomelia is a rare congenital anomaly in which the proximal part of the limb is absent or markedly hypoplastic, with normal or nearly normal hand or foot. A 12-year-old male child reported to the department of Pedodontics with a chief complaint of trauma due to a road traffic accident three hours back. On examination, the patient had underdeveloped both upper limbs, there was avulsion of the maxillary anterior teeth (12, 11, 21), and dentoalveolar fracture in the maxillary anterior region. The patient was also diagnosed as having bilateral congenital distal phocomelia of the upper limbs. Replantation followed by apexification of the avulsed teeth was performed.
